Can you build a kit for me?
Absolutely! If you already have a kit purchased or would like us to order one, build and deliver we can also do that. We complete builds for racers and hobbyists anywhere in Florida within 4 hours of our location in Orlando. This range limit is required because shipping completed builds via post is complex and likely to result in damage. Loose lithium batteries, if included in your project, further complicate shipping so we bring the completed vehicle to your door, white glove style service.
Can I add my track or event to your site?
Sure. Just message us via one of the contact forms on our site or directly at Contact@category6rc.com with as much detail as possible. Also include any images and links to sites like LiveRC or RCSignUp for your event.

What are your shipping terms?
Shipping
At this time we offer shipping through USPS and UPS (large and heavy items) to the 48 contiguous United States only with plans to expand to international shipping in the future. All Parts, Tools and Accessories ship for free! If for some reason the shipping miscalculates in your cart please contact us directly at Sales@category6rc.com for Assistance
\We do our best to have your purchases shipped ASAP! Orders are typically processed on the same day and physically shipped within 24 hours except for custom printed and pre-order items. Often orders placed before noon eastern standard time may be shipped the same day.
Returns
All returned items must be unused in original packaging with all parts. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and authorized with a corresponding RMA. Any returns received without a proper RMA will not be credited. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs excepting in cases of manufacturer defect.
Custom orders ( Colors, dimensions, materials ) are not returnable and cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
